It’s about this town and they have a super hero named Sportacus that lives above them in a blimp and then there’s this guy who lives underneath the town who wants to ruin their good clean fun, so he’s always trying to get them to eat foods that are bad for them and generally being conniving and then sportacus comes down and scares him off and then they sing about the importance of carrots and exercise.
